Telehealth & In-person Psychiatric Evaluation
A psychiatric evaluation is often the first step toward understanding what you are experiencing and determining an appropriate plan of care.
During your evaluation, we take time to understand your current symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, previous treatments, medications, daily functioning, and individual concerns, all from the comfort of your home.
Common concerns we evaluate include ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, and other mental health symptoms.
Chronic Complex Conditions

Follow-Up & Ongoing Care
Mental health needs can change over time. Ongoing follow-up provides an opportunity to evaluate progress, discuss concerns, monitor treatment response, and adjust the plan of care when appropriate.
Follow-up visits may include reviewing symptoms, medication effectiveness, side effects, changes in sleep or daily functioning, new health concerns, and your overall treatment experience.
