NP Home Assess LLC is a trusted provider specializing in ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, and mental health issues related to chronic conditions. We see patients either from the comfort of their home or in-person, with flexible times to accommodate your schedule (DC, MD & VA).

Our Health Mission
Mental health issues require individual treatment plans. We integrate various treatment modalities along with medication management to meet the needs of our patients, whom have Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and more! We also work with patients diagnosed with chronic health conditions which can impact one's mental health, including individuals with POTS, Ehlers-Danlos and Mast Cell Activation syndrome.

With over a decade of psychiatric and and primary care experience, we utilize all our tools to devise your plan of care. We want to best serve patient populations that have under-diagnosed conditions, including those who are high-functioning. The goal is to work with you to find workable solutions for your mental health concerns. Open and honest communication is paramount.
