About Us

Michelle Holder, PMHNP-BC, APN-BC, MSN, is a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience in psychiatric and primary care settings. She provides individualized psychiatric care for adults experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and insomnia.  Additionally, NP Home Assess has extensive experience treating chronic complex conditions such as Hypermobile Ehler's Danlos, Mast Cell Activation, and POTS in regards to mental health, among others. 

Michelle believes effective mental health care begins with understanding the whole person. Her approach considers each patient's symptoms, medical history, previous treatment experiences, physical health, and personal goals when developing a plan of care.
